Your order will be delivered in 7 working days (In India), Abroad order will be delivered in 10 business days.
Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/ AWB numbers is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update Email/ SMS/ Phone call.
Saakshi dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on saakshijewellery.com .You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page on saakshijewellery.com.
Preferred Delivery Date
Saakshi doesn’t provide an option of delivery of goods/ orders on or by a specific date chosen by the customer. Shipment of goods follows a strict policies and guidelines where we cannot intervene to rush or delay any specific product.
Unforeseen situations may arise during delivery despite the highest level of care taken by us and efforts put in by our shipping/ courier partners. Saakshi promises to resolve your problems at the earliest to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for you.
An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If you are unable to track any information regarding your package/ parcel, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at our customer care numbers.
Broken/ Damaged Parcel
All parcels shipped through Saakshi are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our customer care number stating your refusal within 3 days of orders received.
It may happen that your order is dispatched in multiple parcels on different dates. We update all our customers via an email or phone. Simultaneously, you can also track your complete order status on MY ACCOUNT section. In case you don’t receive your complete order, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at our customer care number.
Defective or Wrong Order
If you happen to receive defective goods or goods that you haven’t ordered, please send the products to Saakshi warehouse and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our customer care number within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Complete Refund of Order
The customer is entitled to a complete refund of his/ her order only in case when the customer has been shipped with the wrong product or there is a manufacturing defect with the product and replacement of the same is not available. The customer has to intimate Saakshi via email or phone with 3 days of the delivery. The refund will be credited in the form of store credits to all the customers.
Condition of Products
Products will be only accepted for exchange/ return if they are untaged, unused and not damaged.
The customer has to inform Saakshi about the respective returned order via email at email@example.com or call us at our customer care number within 7 days from the date of order being delivered/ received by the customer. Once your return order received at our warehouse, it will take up to 3 days to confirm its status as “Accepted” following which your refund request will be processed in a maximum of 72 hours.
If the customer has used credits to pay for all or part of their order, credits will be refunded to respective member account on saakshijewellery.com. Customers can view their active vouchers from the redeemable credits section of the MY ACCOUNT page.
Return Charges and Refunds
In order to process an order return Saakshi must receive the product unused and in its original packing to our warehouse. Saakshi will credit customer’s account with store credits equivalent to value of courier charges, amounting maximum up to Rs. 100. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier service partner, most major carriers offer tracking information.
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase by sending order cancellation email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Saakshi will notify the customer on order cancellation status via sending email to their registered e-mail ID with Saakshi.
